Loop

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Loop (“Loop”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit loopapp.studio, join our waitlist, apply for beta testing, contact us or send a partnership request. Loop - AI Stylist and other Loop apps are in development. Before an app launches, we'll publish its privacy details here.

1. Who we are

Loop is an ecosystem of AI apps for everyday life. If you have any question about your personal data, write to us at hello@loopapp.cx.

2. What we collect

Information you give us:

  • your email address — when you join the waitlist or sign up for news;
  • your name, email, platform, country and, if you choose, your wishes for the app — when you apply for beta testing;
  • your company name, website, contact name, work email, country, company type, catalog size and message — when you send a partnership request;
  • your name, email, topic and message — when you contact support.

Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the visit. We use them only to keep the site secure and working.

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't track you across other websites. The site remembers your language choice in your browser's local storage — this information stays on your device.

3. How we use it

  • to send you launch news and updates you signed up for;
  • to select beta testers and send them invitations;
  • to answer your messages and partnership requests;
  • to protect the site from spam and abuse.

4. Legal bases

If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on: your consent — for the waitlist and news (you can withdraw it at any time); steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in replying to you — for beta applications, partnership requests and support; our legitimate interest in security — for server logs.

5. Sharing

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our email — for example, our hosting and email providers — under agreements that protect your data, or when the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. When data leaves the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

  • waitlist and news: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data;
  • beta applications and partnership requests: up to 24 months after our last contact;
  • support messages: as long as we need to help you, then up to 24 months;
  • server logs: for a short period needed for security, then they are deleted.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to send you a copy. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to hello@loopapp.cx. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

If you live in California: we don't sell your personal information and don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Children

The site, waitlist and beta program are not intended for children under 16. If you think a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Security

The site works over HTTPS, and only the people who need it have access to your data. No method of transfer or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

11. Changes to this policy

We'll update this policy as Loop grows — for example, before an app launches. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If the changes are important, we'll let you know.
