These terms apply to loopapp.studio and to the Loop waitlist, newsletter, beta program and partnership requests. By using the site, you agree to them.
1. Loop apps are in development
The features, timing and availability described on the site may change before launch. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell.
2. Waitlist and news
Joining the waitlist is free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by writing to hello@loopapp.cx.
3. Beta program
Beta versions are pre-release software and may contain bugs. Places are limited, and we choose testers at our discretion. Please don't share beta builds or details we ask you to keep confidential. If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Loop without any obligation to you.
4. Partnerships
Sending a request doesn't create a partnership. Any cooperation is agreed separately in writing.
5. Intellectual property
The Loop name and logos, the designs, texts and images on the site belong to Loop or its licensors. Don't copy or use them without our permission, except where the law allows.
6. Acceptable use
Please use the site fairly: no spam, no attempts to break or overload it, and no false information in forms.
7. No warranties
The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Loop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
